Taking full advantage of spectacular views across Canary Wharf, central London and beyond, this project includes a three-storey addition, a green roof, a living green wall, rain water harvesting, stained Siberian larch cladding and high performance thermal render. Recycled building materials were also included in the build. Finalist in the AJ Retrofit Awards
